Our work spans custom software, business automation and integrations with existing systems. Each project starts with a specific operational or product problem, then applies the engineering approach needed to solve it.

The case studies below explain the problem, the system we built and how it fits into the client's existing workflow. Client names are included where publication has been approved.

Samaj Saathi: Conversational WhatsApp Assistant

A conversational WhatsApp assistant for Rajasthani Samaj of Hong Kong, integrated with the organisation's existing member website. Members can request information, manage event registrations, access invoices and check payments through WhatsApp. The existing website APIs continue to govern records, validation and business rules.

Import and Export Declaration Automation

An on-premise application for Brightex Pvt Ltd that processes shipment PDFs, extracts declaration fields and validates the data before authorised staff prepare it for their existing filing workflow. The system makes validation failures visible and keeps jobs that require review from progressing as if they were ready.

A clear process before the build

Software projects are easier to evaluate when the proposed work is defined before implementation starts.

We begin with a conversation about the business problem and existing systems. We then agree on the technical approach, scope, exclusions and acceptance criteria. When a complete build cannot yet be estimated responsibly, the first engagement can focus on a defined outcome such as technical planning or a prototype.

Development proceeds in reviewable stages, followed by a documented handover.
